To assure that BCI’s staff members always provide the highest possible level of expertise, BCI strongly supports ongoing training and certification for its 100+ employees. In fact, every BCI engineer holds at least one certificate. Some hold as many as five.
Every week, BCI employees are challenged to spend part of their time on training and continuing education. As a result of BCI’s priority status for training and certification, BCI’s people carry the highest level of accreditation in the industry.
