Description – Sales: Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, your role will be to partner with Account Executives through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand the customer’s business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities in order to deliver value-adding business solutions. This approach will include:
Specific Job Duties
- Maintaining current customer and potential customer relationships
- Educating customers on the full portfolio of solutions offered by BCI
- Preparing presentation, proposals and quotes
- Daily multi-year funnel management
Qualifications
- Proven strong people skills as well as outstanding organizational skills
- Possess the ability to manage and dive a multi-year sales funnel to dive new business
- Be self-motivated, and resourceful while working with a team.
- Working familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, CRM, WebEx, Smartphones, email, etc., or the ability to learn them quickly
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
