Description – Sales: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role will be to partner with Account Executives through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand the customer’s business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities in order to deliver value-adding business solutions. This approach will include:

Specific Job Duties

  • Maintaining current customer and potential customer relationships
  • Educating customers on the full portfolio of solutions offered by BCI
  • Preparing presentation, proposals and quotes
  • Daily multi-year funnel management

Qualifications

  • Proven strong people skills as well as outstanding organizational skills
  • Possess the ability to manage and dive a multi-year sales funnel to dive new business
  • Be self-motivated, and resourceful while working with a team.
  • Working familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, CRM, WebEx, Smartphones, email, etc., or the ability to learn them quickly
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
